COMMUNICATION

As the liaison between the Residents and the Property Owner, we handle all correspondence from our Residents.  They can communicate with us 24/7 with the convenience of their online resident portal. We have a team of highly trained dedicated experts to answer questions for Owners and keep them informed on their investment. We will keep Owners up to date by using Constant Contact email, text, phone calls, and mail via the USPS when necessary.

Any communication between Management and Residents will be documented by texts, emails, or notes in their portal.
