Rent Collection

​

We use a secure property management online platform for all rent payments and record keeping. Every Resident has an online portal where they have two options to pay rent.  They can use the EFT payment method, or the service PayNearMe, using a pay code from their portal.  Each payment method goes directly into our management bank account and is posted automatically on their Resident ledger.  Furthermore, water bills will be paid monthly and invoiced to the Residents ledger for reimbursement.

Financial Statements

We will provide you with easy access to financial reports through a password-protected online account. Your rent payments will be disbursed monthly by EFT through our online platform, along with a detailed financial statement that itemizes your rental income and expenses for each property.

Security Deposit Disposition

​

After the Resident vacates the property, we will mail the Security Deposit Disposition Letter (within the legal 45-day period) detailing the accrued interest and the breakdown of any relevant charges applied against the security deposit.  If there is a balance due, we will mail it to the Resident along with the letter.
