  • Monthly rent disbursements via EFT with itemized income and expense statements.

Security Deposit Management

  • Security Deposit Disposition Letter sent within the legal 45-day period.
     

  • Includes accrued interest and a detailed breakdown of charges.
     

  • Balances refunded or invoiced to the Resident as required.
