We will navigate the precarious process of eviction from start to finish. It starts with closely monitoring all rent payments and filing in rent court promptly on delinquent accounts. Mary Jo personally attends all court hearings to ensure personal attention to your case.  Mary Jo's presence in the courtroom also helps us stay informed on how the court system is currently handling cases. If the process does go all the way to eviction, our staff will meet the Sheriff, change the locks, take photos, and video the property.  Furthermore, we will clear the property of any items left behind.  The Owners will receive a full report of all damage and the cost to repair said damage to turn the property over quickly and market for a new tenant.
