We monitor all service requests from the Residents and coordinate essential maintenance, emergency repairs, and turnover repairs while quickly determining the level of urgency.  Our service team will take before and after pictures of the repairs. Our goal is to keep your investment in a good safe condition while keeping the Residents happy and satisfied.  We can also take care of lawn maintenance and snow shoveling as needed.

Property Inspections

​

Regular and routine inspections are an essential service that we offer.  We perform yearly clean and safe inspections, looking for normal wear and tear repairs.  Any tenant damage repairs we find will be repaired and will be billed to the Residents.  During these inspections, we can catch issues before they become serious money-draining problems.  At the Owner's request, additional inspections can be performed during the year.

New move-in inspection is performed by the Resident by filling out our room by room move-in move-out inspection report.  This report is due in our office within three days of move-in and will be used for the move-out inspection, which our maintenance staff performs. To further document the unit's condition, pictures and videos are taken by our team before move-In and again during the move-out inspection.
