We are delighted you are interested in our rental property at MD Easy Rentals. Our team in the Rental Department will be working with you in applying for this property. Please submit your application within 24 hours of your scheduled tour so we may consider it. Read through the following information to get started.

Follow These 5 Simple Steps

To Complete The Application Process

1.  Complete Your Application Online

There is a $17.00 application fee which includes the cost of your Credit/Background Check. Each applicant over age 18 must submit a separate application. Click on the green button below to submit your application.

Upload ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS with Your Application

Supporting Documents Needed  

 

🔑  Driver’s License or Photo ID
 

🔑  Social Security Card
 

🔑  Pay Stubs (LAST 2) or any other forms of income
 

🔑  BGE Bills (LAST 2)
 

🔑  Proof of Car Insurance

2.  Sign Your Tenant Authorization Form

You will receive a separate email from The McGinley Group directing you to BlueInk, where you can sign the Tenant Authorization Form. All applicants will need to sign a Tenant Authorization Form.

3.  Create Your Income Verification Report

Payscore (formerly known as The Closing Docs) provides an accurate, safe, and easy method to verify your income. It helps keep your personal information secure, and eliminates the need for you to send us your bank statements.

Payscore charges a fee of $10.00 for this service. You will receive an email from “The McGinley Group—MD Easy Rentals” to initiate the process.

The McGinley Group does not have access to your Income Verification Report until you complete the process and approve the report. 

If you are unable to complete the income verification, you can alternatively upload your last 2 bank statements with your rental application. 

4.  Credit & Background Check

Please note a Credit and Background Check is completed through Transunion SmartMove. You will receive an email from “DO Not Reply—Building” to initiate the process. The cost is included in your application fee.

5.  Complete Your Pet Screening Profile🐾

Security Deposit

If your application is approved, it is contingent on the collection of your security deposit. The security deposit must be paid in full within 24 hours of receiving the approval letter, after which the property is secured for you and your family and will no longer be advertised.
